Do it support hg38 genome? #7

Thanks for your excellent software, do it support the input data that was mapped by hg38 genome

Yes, the current software supports input data mapped to hg38. Please let me know if you had any trouble using it.

Hi Sara I want to download the files named "kraken_datasets.tar.gz" and "data_repo.tar.gz", but all of them failed. May you provide an interface in github for them? Thanks.
