Could use the following text as a starting point (all text below has already been translated)

Government of Canada Developers Exchange About GC DevEx The Government of Canada Developers Exchange (GC DevEx) is a micro-procurement platform where teams within the Government of Canada can post opportunities to developers who are eligible to work in Canada . The dollar value of these contracts can not exceed $10,000 CAD, including GST. This is one of a number of initiatives underway to make it easier for government and developers to work together.

Participating government departments GC DevEx beta was started by Privy Council Office (PCO), and Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS), in collaboration with Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).These departments are responsible for managing the beta site and evaluating the initiative. Other federal departments who wish to use the GC DevEx Beta by contacting consultation@pco-bcp.gc.ca. After this initiative has been evaluated, it may be expanded

Re-use this code Other governments can re-use the code and concept for this initiative, which was developed by the Government of British Columbia. The code for the British Columbia Developers' Exchange was adapted to meet Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) Web Standards and the Official Languages Act. The modified code for GC DevEx Beta can also be re-used. With the exception of the federal identifier (AKA Canada logo), all parts of this website is licensed for re-use through the Apache License. Whether you are part of a provincial, municipal, or national government elsewhere, you can fork the code on GitHub and set-up your own micro-procurement platform to work with developers in your community.

About page: https://beta.gcdevexchange.org/about Why was GC DevEx Beta created? GC DevEx Beta enables Government of Canada departments to compensate developers to work with them on open source projects. mphasis on open source technologies encourages copying (forking) to enhance collaboration and reduce overall costs by encouraging re-use and adoption of existing tools where they exist.
The need for a micro-procurement platform was first identified by public engagement practitioners. Although many digital engagement tools exist, they do not necessarily comply with Government of Canada policies. The question this pilot seeks to answer is : “can we create a library of compliant, re-usable, cost-effective tools that enable departments and citizens to engage frequently and on complex issues?” The scope has since increased to serve the needs of other teams using open source technologies. By focusing on small scale opportunities, we hope to increase the amount of government contracts to small and medium sized enterprises, civic technology community groups and entrepreneurs, in a way that adds value and encourages collaborative innovation within Canada. This initiative fulfills a commitment under Canada's participation in the Open Government Partnership (OGP).
