Change GitHub Page testing script to warn (instead of error) for broken links #2579

Broken links are a problem in our automated testing scripts.

Some are truly broken other times they are not and the script fasly detects them as broken.

To simplify our work, the automated testing scripts needs to change to "warning" instead of "error".
