CSS changes

Add more space between footer items
Add • between each footer item
Change footer display from row to column for medium and small screens
Update image size for medium screen to span width of parent container
Update table layout for medium and small screens to become scrollable

Other changes

Remove copyright text in footer
Update copyright text in license
