IITB has a Technical Debt remediation initiative. One of the 2 director involved is responsible with the Technical Debt and Evergreening. APM is under him.

This issue regards meeting with the Director and find synergies with his team.

Moving from project to Product requires managing technical debt in a sustainable way and changing how finance is managed to allow this to happen.
