Create Business Network

AS A new administrator of the blockchain network, I WANT TO define a business network, SO THAT I can deploy the network into a hyperledger compose environment.

• Assets map to money
• Participants are organizations requesting grants and CandyLand
• Only CandyLand can create new assets
• Events are to be used when participants allocates their money (portion) to a new owner without assigning the full amount
• Any participant can create new sub-participants (*sub organization")
• Only CandyLand can create participants at the organization level.
