offline messages gets delivered when connected with a resource with negative priority. #94

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set Store for Offine messages 
2. Send messages to a user who has not logged 
3. when user logs in with negative priority the offline messages are send 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The messages should be send only when the priority is positive.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This is either a server bug, or you need to turn AutoPresence off.
