can not find figure1.2 #2

in the fig/ch1 directory, there is not a Fig1.2e.[pdf,svg] file

That's right, figure 1.2 is done differently. It is a verbatim '@example' ... '@end example' environment in sicp.texi. The original ascii art rendering was good enough, so I skipped the vector image creation.
