feature request: input profiles for Oort GUI

Can a feature analogous to OBO-Edit's load and save profiles be added to the 
Oort GUI? For each profile, store the list of files/URLs loaded and any 
non-default Advanced tab settings.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.7-beta; Mac OS X

Please provide any additional information below.
Rationale: I'm working on an ontology (FYPO) that refers to 5 other ontologies 
in logical definitions. Although I could use command-line Oort, it would be 
really convenient to have the GUI able to store the list of files and URLs I 
use so I could use the GUI without having to paste in a bunch of paths one at a 
time, every time. I also sometimes forget to change the reasoner setting when I 
should ...

This feature is already implemented. 
You can save and load configuration for OORT via the File menu. The menu, is in 
the top left corner of OORT. 
A config file contains the state of all the buttons and fields. The save 
dialog, allows you to save the config in a place and file name of your choice.

Wow. I never noticed that before, I guess because File is the only menu and 
I've been paying so much more attention to the tabs. Thanks!
