We also released a version with only is_a and part_of relations, because some 
users and applications have issues with the other relations (e.g., with AmiGO, 
as you are aware). Any chance that Oort could have a checkbox that creates a 
version of the ontology with a limited set of relations?

Presumably I can now do this using a query. Some documentation on query syntax 
would be nice...
