Using DAB-quant with .svs format #1

Hello, I was trying to use DAB-quant with .svs image files, but it doesn't seem to recognize this format even though .svs is under the list of formats recognized by Openslide. May you have any advice? Thank you, Lisa

Hi Lisa, Sorry for the slow reply. When you test on .svs files, you will need to use the command-line flag --ext=.svs as described here: https://github.com/sarafridov/DAB-quant/blob/main/quantify.py#L35. Let me know if that helps or if there's still trouble. Best, Sara
