As a user, I want to be able to speak with my colleagues while seeing them on screen. This helps me feel more connected with the person I'm talking to and communicate more effectively because a lot of communication takes place through non-verbal cues.

Each user can enable/disable their video feed, allowing others to see them
Each user can select other users to see video of them displayed most prominently

Video of the person talking is automatically shown most prominently for all users
