Starbucks data should be limited to the US region
Drop unnecessary columns in both Starbucks and US datasets (any variables that do not include information on income or location)
Drop rows with missing information on income and location
Merge Starbucks and US regional datasets based on location

Map each city and state in Starbucks location to a county (requires city and county dataset)
Merge county data with Starbucks data
