I can see at least three broad areas of interest we can serve:

those who work with technology and technologists and want to learn how to speak the language
those who want to learn some tech skills for their jobs or to advance in their field, but who don't want to shift into tech
those who want to shift into tech

These aren't mutually exclusive and they can inform our focus.
