Tidy up HTML formatting #2

Because I couldn't edit directly on GitHub on the page structure PR, I'll need to go back later to tidy up the HTML formatting.

Have begun this process with this latest commit. Not quite ready to close yet, as I feel like there's the possibility of further refactoring to further reduce the amount of <div> used when time permits.
