Add bookmarklet #16

Add ability to add job from the current page using a cross-browser JS bookmarklet ala Instapaper.

This would be more easily doable once #1 is complete, in terms of auto-filling those form fields by scraping the page's data. Obviously this would make data entry MUCH simpler.
