Use open source WYSIWYG Editor #43

The WYSIWYG editor can't be included under the same license as the app, so we'll need to use something like TinyMCE. I'll see what I can do in that regard.

https://www.raptor-editor.com might be worth considering, but otherwise probably ckEditor is probably a good call. Optimally, I'd just like something super-simple and low-resource-usagey.
