Initial text/wiki view of the map of crypto. #7

This contains the jekyll framework for page generation of the text view of the map of crypto. It correctly pulls from the json files in objects. From the web/wiki directory, run BUILD.sh, which generates a static site to be hosted with jekyll serve.

Streamline dependencies (pybtex, jekyll)
Fix homepage
Toggle for display of citation format
