As a user, if I cannot find my city in the city selection, I want to see why and what I can do about it, so that I know what's going on.

I made User Interface for this. Once for native, once for the web-app.

  1. Users search for their city and scroll through the list until they finally fail to find it and reach the end. There is a footer with a button for more information why the city is missing.
  2. Users use the search function. No results are displayed. Only the footer.

After clicking "Hier klicken" in the footer they will see a little instruction what actions they can do. An e-mail template will be copied in their clipboard if wished by clicking the button "Text kopieren".

If you taking this issue. Please ask one of the designers to remake the illustration (yellow buildings), because the one I used in the UI-Designs is only for private use.

I think the flow is clear and the design looks good.

I just wonder if the user finds all the places where he/she needs to add information. So maybe he will send out the Email without changing those places. I would suggest to delete sentences like "Hier Einschub über persönliche Erfahrung möglich" Maybe we can add this as an information on the last screen "When sending the Email you can add personal experiences at the bottom".

Maybe it is not really neccessary to add the name of the city and just write "this city" (in dieser Stadt).

I just have a small suggestion for the last screen after copying the text for the Email. The user might ask himself "what happened? did i copy the text or not?" So maybe a success screen with information about next steps and the possibility to contact Integreat - if there are any questions - might be useful.

Attached a draft for this screen. ![](Success screen _ city not found.jpg)

<~nikola.hoffmann> thanks for the input. One question regarding the feedback for the user: Isn't it enough that the text of the button changes from 'Text kopieren' to 'Kopiert'?

Nikola Hoffmann - 1.12.2021, 16:16:23

<~steffen.kleinle> I'm not sure if it's visible enough. Maybe if we add something like a check-button and a small transition that makes it more visible. On the other it's also nice to see with the success screen that the Flow in the app is done and the user only sees the next steps and contact info if he has questions. It's a more completed flow than staying on the same page.

<~nikola.hoffmann> have you already made the illustrations as Michelle mentioned?

Nikola Hoffmann - 10.1.2022, 16:49:00

Here is the illustration for the screen.

But I would keep it as a placeholder for now, because we have already 3 different icon/illustration styles. I would suggest to allign them to have a clear design and only one Icon style.
