I like the idea of toasts and the cloud icon.
Maybe we can create a toast in pure JS: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@react-native-pure/toast

There is currently a discussion about design proposals by <~michelle.dewildt>. We probably don't want to introduce a new component.

If the language change button is greyed out, a small hint should be displayed why it is not possible to change the language. Maybe also increase contrast between normal button and greyed out since it's not really distinct.
