IGAPP-206: Scheme executable changing frequently

Expected Results:

Building an app in xcode (with a different build config) does not modify any files checked in to git.

Actual Results:

Building an app in xcode (with a different build config) does modify the xcscheme files checked in to git.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Run the app via xcode
• Change the build config
• Run the app via xcode again

To fix this we may have to switch from using four schemes (integreat, malte, ...) to using one scheme and four targets.
