We only need an upload certificate for the app. Maybe we can reuse the certificate of Integreat.

If not we need to generate a new upload key in the Google Play Console. This key needs to be added to the Keystore in the cert repository.

This can be done by exporting and importing the private key: https://blog.oio.de/2016/05/17/export-eines-private-keys-aus-einem-java-keystore/

All necessary information has to be added to the build config!

Not neccessary as the upload certificate is only used for authentication.
