As a user I only want to have a nice and clean UI without any redundant or useless UI elements that are only confusing. Since the local information navigation tile on native does nothing apart from hiding the navigation bar and the header, it can be removed.
Acceptance criteria:
The local information navigation tile (circled red in attached image) is not shown anymore
If no other feature is enabled (events, news, offers, pois), the navigation bar is not shown
