IGAPP-766: Error when location permission granted but location disabled

Expected Results:

If permission is granted, but location service is disabled, the location is not displayed.

Actual Results:

If permission is granted, but location service is disabled an error is thrown.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Navigate to testumgebung -> POIs
• Grant location permission (by clicking on yellow button)
• disable location
• again tap on yellow button
