IGAPP-779: Adaptations of Aschaffenburg App

The app in Aschaffenburg is supposed to be launched on 11. November. Changes that need to be done in the build config:

• Change the name to "hallo aschaffenburg"
• Change icons and logos of the app
• Change the domain to "halloaschaffenburg.de"

Fonts and colors will remain the same. 

I have attached a document from the city of Aschaffenburg (probably not so relevant for you but just so you know) and the new icons and logos for the new app.

We recieved new logos as svg and the PNG 1024x1024 today.
