IGAPP-810: Unify Integreat and Lunes Certificates/Fastlane Match on iOS #3476

In the Lunes and Integreat project we are using different distribution certificates. Apple allows only the usage of up to three certificates.

This means we have to use the same certificate for all our apps. Therefore we only need a single Fastlane Match repository.

Required steps for iOS:

Move the Integreat fastlane match repository to the digitalfabrik repository
Fix Integreat CI
Revoce all Lunes certificates
Fix Lunes CI
Remove Lunes and Integreat app-credentials fastlane match repositories
Update Passbolt credentials

Required steps for Android:

Move the keystores to the digitalfabrik repository
Adjust Lunes and Integreat CI to use the new files
Remove the usage of openssl and gpg to encrypt keystores (This is not required from a security perspective)

Since lunes is released now this is ready to be done.
