IGAPP-889: Header needs to be redesigned

Acceptance criteria:

• Language change and city change are moved to the burger menu > IGAPP-1018
• Add Overflow Menu -->IGAPP-1018
• Use integreat icon instead of logo (only the yellow G and not with Integreat text, mobile only)
• Move city name between logo and search (mobile)
• Adjust the text size
• Adjust the UI based on the designs
• Adjust NavigationMenu Tiles (without circle)
• replace HeaderIcons (search, language change, location)
• check icons for rtl support
