IGAPP-902: POI Details View - Web - Desktop

As a user i want to see all the details of the location in a side panel for desktop.

Acceptance Criteria

• the following information should be displayed in the side panel according to the design:
  • thumbnail
  • name
  • address
  • open in maps external link
  • Information container (content)
• in the fixed footer there should be the option to switch to the next and previous POI.
• the information container should be scrollable
• in the header is a back to the list functionality implemented. By clicking on the arrow back you switch back to the list overview
• By clicking on a poi on the map the detail view should be opened and display the information
• By clicking on the map the POI should be deselected and list view should be displayed
• by clicking on a list item in the list view the detail view should be displayed
• by clicking on the external link google maps should be opened?
