IGAPP-427: Themeable fonts for body and heading

As Aschaffenburger we want to have specific fonts used in the app.

For latin alphabet (body):

    Open Sans

For latin alphabet (heading):

     Varela Round

For arabic alphabet:

    Just use our integreat fonts for now.

Noto Sans for Mandarin Chinese is okay.
