I am currently in the process of translating Integreat app store descriptions and already have them available for Malte. 

In the Apple App Store I cannot add new languages for our store appearances as I only have German and English to chose from (I only wanted to do it for Malte, as I will reach out to you before I start doing anything for Integreat). 

Maybe I do not have the permission to do so or maybe this has to be adressed on a more technical level. I only found these links from App Support which seem related and might be helpful for you:

Can be rejected as I was able to add new languages.
