Currently the MapView doesn't support arabic languages. Since the entire map labels are in german language and the poi location is the most cases an "Eigenname" we want to display the POI Marker label in the root language (german in that case) Therefore we need a new property in the location model for the title display

-Waiting for CMS- cms delivers the "location.name" in the root language

rtf is not well supported for maplibre, since we won't translate the title
