Can't dump Video-CD with Plextor PX-760A

Describe the bug I'm unable to dump this Video-CD with Plextor PX-760A. I does work fine with many other vcd's i had so far.

It shows:

Could it be an issue with DIC or is it my drive?

Edit: Can't dump it with ImgBurn either. There is no visible damage on the cd. Probably it's my drive or invisible bitrot / bad video cd. Closing issue
