Questions to answer:

1. What are population characteristics or socioeconomic factors - according to the 2019 ACS Census - that may explain excess readmissions in certain states?
2. What are the comparative demographics of communities - at the Census tract level - served by small hospitals ( < 300 discharges ) versus much larger hospitals ( > 1000 discharges). What are global measures that can be used uniformly across the nation's ACOs and hospitals?
