[x] Decrease width of Navbar and mention heading exactly like in IWEPE.
[x] Colour of theme (navbar and text) exactly like IWEPE.
[x] Merge home and about
[x] Styling of table in important dates and Registration
[x] Decrease page size of venue
[x] Committees- Decrease Image size
[x] Contact- Remove CIIS image
[x] Footer- Link should be opened in new tab
[x] Footer- Replace "In association with" by "Under the aegis of"
[x] Add an entry in Advisory Committee
