Error in adding service #123

Hello, when adding a service from the admin I get

ErrorException
Trying to get property 'taxonomy_type_recordid' of non-object

Interestingly there is a junk file of this exact name in the code root folder, see screenshot.

This seems to be due to missing data in taxonomy related tables, not a code error. So I am going to try to import data from CSVs that I see under public/ Closing.
