Other question: do you know if there's a way to remove the file history from GitHub? Don't want people to be able to grab the keyfile.json

Have you tried rebasing your commits? Or, you could always create another branch with a new git history etc.

@alexwolfe I'm making a few changes in the process of open sourcing this app. The goal is that people will be able to clone the repo and replicate it once they set up all the necessary Cloud project dependencies. Anything you think should be removed or added that I missed here?
Basically I added a
local.json
file to include the relevant project variables / api keys and updated the README.Things I still need to do:
constants.js
so it just has one example inVIDEO_DATA
keyfile.json
and delete the values inlocal.json
