Better German translations

Hi,

while the current German translation has great comedic value, it's not at
all helpful to understand the game (if there is something more annoying
than no translation, it's a horrific machine translation that no one
understands). Attached is a German translation that, while not perfect,
makes a little more sense and could actually help German speakers to
navigate through the game instead of hampering them ;)
