Synchronization to Remember The Milk

Take the existing code fragments and build these into an extension of the 
shoppinglist that allows for syncronization with rtm. This requires further 
implementation of the REST API and a couple of settings for sync scenarions 
(only via wifi, directly on item change, etc).

This issue is related to issue 216. Intents should be compatible so that 
synchronization to different services can be made possible.

My comment, if remember the milk was not so expensive, I'd be using it 
already...

I thought using a sync adapter would be best. This way the operating system 
handles the updates and uses the machines resources well.
