Report OpenGL supported features to help debug OpenGL Shader crashes #126

Acra already includes list of features supported by the device submitting the 
crash report. 

If it can also include full list of all OpenGL features supported by the 
graphics card on device (like max texture size, etc), it will make it much 
easier to debug crashes due to OpenGL shaders etc...

This is a feature/enhancement request, my apologies for submitting this as a 
defect.
