Module Manager stuck "waiting for patching to finish"

Using the same mods and patches that were used with MM 4.1.3, the new 4.2.0 version gets stuck during initial loading of the game with the message "waiting for patching to finish". It also is showing 77 errors (out of ~17000 patches) that were not reported using version 4.1.3. I have no log or anything to tell me what the issue(s) are therefore no way to updated any patches to fix the problem.

Reverting back to MM 4.1.3 until resolved.
