Subnodes with :NEEDS are no longer being deleted #85

v3.0.0 broke this, it's applying to the old node, not the new node, I will fix it

Looks like this only happens when the root node has :NEEDS and a subnode/value also has :NEEDS. Tests only cover each case individually
