CPU weighted compression doesn't work. #107

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use release 2.0.7
2. Compress an image using CPU compressor, and color weights (3, 4, 2)

The CUDA version works fine.

Thanks for reporting. I cannot believe I messed this up. My bad for rushing out 
the
release. I wonder what should I do. A silent update? or another revision 
(2.0.8)?

Marco, are you by any chance compiling with SIMD disabled? I cannot reproduce 
the
problem that you are seeing, but I noticed there's an error in the 
non-vectorized
version of the code.

I retire that. I'm definitely seeing the artifacts now, but for some reason 
it's only
apparent in some images.
