Upgrade to Bootstrap 2.1.1 #8

Can you please update this app to use the 2.1.1 version of the twitter bootstrap plugin? Would be great if you could update the ApplicationResources to use the proper path of the css and js files, e.g. define your resources like this:

resource url:[plugin: 'bootstrap-file-upload', dir: 'css', file: 'your-resource-here.css']

Any chance that you are uprading to the latest version of bootstrap? This plugin is not compatible with bootstrap 2.2.*, so it would be great if you could update it.
