outdated svn info in sardana docs (SF#13) #14

The old repository is still in the official taurus doc page: http://www.tango-controls.org/static/taurus/latest/doc/html/devel/coding_guide.html#how-to-checkout-taurus-from-svn

Also the "development": http://www.tango-controls.org/static/taurus/development/doc/html/devel/coding_guide.html#how-to-checkout-taurus-from-svn

It should be changed to the allura project url AND put a note on coming migration to git
