DiscretePseudoMotor widget (SF#404) #249

I suggest to adapt the PoolMotor widget to support DiscretePseudoMotors. I suggest to display the read value as the corresponding label of the DiscretePseudoMotor or "Unknown" in case it is not in a known position. I suggest to show write values as a a combo with all the labels.
