ExpConf reports pop ups after stopping the Pool #958

A pop ups with the message The experiment configuration has been modified externally. .... when the Pool is stopped It is related to be subscribed with the stateless flag to True

Probably triggered by keepalive event. Updated PR in https://github.com/sardana-org/sardana/pull/1101, but this needs a ot more work. Edit mode #1046 likely removes the need for this one.
