Contains an exploit which allows caster to cast on a target at any distance. Cast animation does not work properly.

Seems to be fixed in latest version of MaNGOS. New Problem: Not targeting anyone doesn't heal the caster but starts the cast + CD. Visual Problem: No visual effects.
