Create a database with OS resources

Create an open database, indexing Open Science resources and products that will be useful for (social science) researchers from Central Asian (and beyond)

• [x] categorise the collected resources according to topics/types

Hi @sarenaz! This is really wonderful! I have some comments for your future work (and maybe you've already thought of these things 😄 )

• I think a data dictionary could be useful to describe all the categories (columns F through AG). For instance, what would count as a "Campaign"? You could create the dictionary in a separate tab for right now. (Maybe eventually use Frictionless to capture it as metadata 🤓 )
• You might eventually want to change the language column to be more "tidy", meaning that you will have only one value per cell. To do this, you could create 1 column for each language, and then the cell would say "Yes" or "No" (or something like that). But, it is hard to create a column for each language at this point, since you likely don't know all the languages you will get! It is pretty easy to "split" the cells into separate columns later on though. Just something to think about for now!
• For groups that are non-Western Europe/US, I wonder if you have talked with any of the Open Science Kenya people (OpenScienceKE; https://osf.io/preprints/africarxiv/mgkw3/) or anyone from the Carpentries (https://carpentries.org/; they have lots of communities around the world)?
