Can't change "owner name" in setup if PotScroll is turned off

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Go to setup page 1  - "Radio Setup"
2. Set PotScroll to "OFF"
3. Select "Owner name" field
4. Try to change owner name by pressing "Menu" key

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Switching to edit mode after pressing "Menu" key is expected, but nothing 
happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I also have r780 and see the same behavior.  Unable to edit Owner Name field 
unless I enable PotScroll.  Other text editing (e.g. model names) works 
correctly.

I have same issue with ver 780 but potscroll does not have any affect ver 778 
works but missing the  editing in the mixer which I like. Tom

er9x ver780 the editing of the model name the left and right change the name 
letter also until exit is pushed owner name cannot be edited when entering a 
template need to press exit to move up or down. I think these change are due 
testing of REM or rotarty sw
