Garbage PPM on start-up #752

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.just power up
2./
3./

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
PPM pin go HI then LOW, 1 sec delay, then send 1 frame reversed and then go 
normal

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
all

Please provide any additional information below.
LOGIC that i see 
Red mark at start up do not fit on screen

I can't see the initial (red) pulse on my 'scope, it doesn't trigger on it.
Currently, er9x sends the first frame with NEG polarity, then corrects to the 
polarity set in the model setup.
I'll change to sending the first frame with the required polarity, but until 
the model data has been loaded from the EEPROM, I don't know which state (high 
or low) the PPM output should be in.
I'm testing witout any module plugged in, just the 'scope on the PPM signal.

yes it is no module connected
i post initial pulse
also i see that first frame have all chennal = 1500us
